Turnkey Patient Loyalty Program for Aesthetic Medical and Plastic Surgery Practices.

PROJECT 6: In a 2-week series of new work to celebrate surpassing 10,000 views on Behance.
Dr. Lee B. Daniel is a Eugene, OR plastic surgeon. His practice was looking to upgrade their former patient loyalty program to a more comprehensive, branded patient experience that required a deeper financial comittment but yielded much greater rewards for their loyal patients.
This case study shows the preliminary rounds, from program naming, icon creation, color palette development and visual identity--through to patient touchpoint deliverables. We helped the practice not only with the design and content, but with program mechanics, stragegy and execution. 
This project was a co-effort between Strategic Edge Partners, who has the strategic consultancy relationship with the practice and Pinpoint, who executed the brand work, design, creative, and copy writing.
The program name is: LIVE BEAUTIFUL.
