Skills Inc. had been my client for 10 years. They are an amazing non-profit organization with a dual bottom line. They have a social mission--to train and employ persons with disabilities. And they have an enterprise mission-- to manufacture and finish aerospace parts to exacting standards for clients like Boeing. They are a class act organization who truly knows their purpose and promise to both their internal and external clients. They are an agent of change, and many businesses here in Seattle and around the country look to them as roll models for how to make work environments more inclusive and diverse using best practices. This campaign helped them build awareness during October, National Disabilitiy Employment Awareness Month, here in the Pacific Northwest where they are headquartered.
